Best Employer Relations Initiative – 2006 ITT Technical Institute – King of Prussia, PA

Each Year, ITT Technical Institute hosts its annual CMM conference which consists of all the School Directors from each of the 85 ITT campuses, headquarters personnel and other chosen ITT faculty & staff members. During this 3 day event there are new initiatives that are shared, training seminars and the Best of the Best competition. This year the King of Prussia campus was selected for their entry for Best of the Best 2006 – Best Employer Relations Initiative with Objectbuilders. For this category each Career Services department had to explain what the college did to strengthen relations with its current employers and the feedback that was received. Objectbuilders has grown to be ITT- King of Prussia’s top employer. They have successfully hired numerous candidates from their Electronics & Engineering, Networking and Multimedia programs. This has also helped to increase the placement statistics within the Career Services Department. Further, the partnership has been featured in the Philadelphia Business Journal and on the company’s website.
